Our marketplace is made up of our Olde Soul brand and other Small Businesses (independent brands) and as such, each ship their products directly to customers.

At the checkout, we’ll provide the shipping cost. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email with the expected ship date. On the expected ship date, brands will ship your order using their own fulfillment processes and their carrier of choice.

We'll break down the shipping policies below from varies brads we currently carry.

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. The Olde Soul is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.


We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please see our Return Policy for more information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.



Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, if the item is made to order or fulfilled by another small business. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed a few days.
Shipping Time
We currently offer 1 shipping option: Standard Shipping = 3-7 business days.


Shipping Options: We are excited to offer 2 shipping options:
- FREE SHIPPING !!! Standard (3-7 business days, via US Postal Service) SPEND $50+ and spend ZERO on shipping
- Standard $0-50 (3-7 business days, via US Postal Service) for a flat rate $8

Your preferred option can be selected at order checkout. Note, these shipping times are in addition to the order processing time above. With our Standard shipping option we can ship to most addresses including PO Boxes, military addresses. Unfortunately we do not currently ship to US Possessions including Guam and Puerto Rico.

All orders placed will ship within 1-5 business days and have a current shipping time of 5-10 business days.


Products in stock will leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days. Larger, oversized furniture items will require a processing time of 5-7 business days. All retail orders are free to ship via Fedex or UPS ground.


Orders should arrive within 7 to 9 business days from the day they are shipped.


Item arrives in about 4 to 7 days. Please be aware that your packet may come from our Amazon warehouse, and the packaging may say Amazon, but rest assured it is your order from our Bare Kollections website.


Transit on this shipment may take up from 15-30 days for delivery. 

Orders will generally take about 5–7 business days to arrive. Standard orders received before 12pm CST will typically be processed the same day, and standard orders received after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders received before 3pm CST will be processed the same day. Standard shipping will take 3–5 days via FedEx for the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS.


Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive.


Please allow between 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, items to be dispatched, and then to receive your tracking code.

United States - Between 10 to 30 business days for delivery.

Please note: Larger items such as furniture and rugs, or large orders consisting of higher quantities of any other product, may take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times to be delivered.

Please note: Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address, and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.

Please note: COVID-19 has caused delays with shipping times, please allow extra time for your item to arrive due to limited airline logistics, and ground teams.


Located in Los Angeles, shipping time on the West Coast can be anywhere from 3-10 business days. East Coast shipping time could be anywhere from 3-14 business days.


Orders Process Within 24 Business Hours with delivery 2-7 business days


In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

Warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, Hardrock Health take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship out within one to two (1-2) business days of ordering. You should add the shipping time to the processing days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.


You may expect your parcel to arrive within 2 to 6 business days.*

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. You may track your order by using the reference number send to you by mail.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Orders placed with Raum Goods will generally ship within 1-3 business days. Raum does their best to ship as fast as possible so please be mindful. 


All orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.


Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-4 business days. Solana does their best to ship out the same day of receiving your order.


Items get to you in 3-7 business days depending on where you live. 


Standard US Shipping (10-15 days)


T Is For Tame wants you to get your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying our products! They ship within 24 hours most items arrive in 5-7 days.

Due to the current global pandemic, and a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Once the order is processed we will typically ship within 3-5 days.


When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; for standard UPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date.


It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship your order. During more busy holiday periods, this process may take slightly longer. You should get it within 3-5 business days of the package leaving the warehouse.
